    Be sure to read through the program's stipulations. The total cost of the project you are applying for must be between  $300,000 and $1,000,000.

    Provide an estimate for the total cost of the project in the line below. Then in the section beneath that, please provide a breakdown of the sources of funding.

    In the lines below, identify specific uses of funds, such as "interior demolition" or "new sprinkler system". Include the Total Uses of Funds in the space marked below. If you need additional uses, please use the "Other" space and include the amounts, and add them to the Total Uses of Funds field. Please make sure the Total Sources of Funds entered above equals the Total Uses of Funds. 

  7. Describe your anticipated project timeline, including a start and projected completion date. NOTE: The portion of the project that will be supported by the proceeds from the forgivable loan must be completed before June 30, 2026,to ensure that the funding is spent before that date.

  10. If you have not yet contacted the City Planning Dept. regarding a building permit, you may learn more and contact the City at https://www.orcity.org/1401/Apply-for-a-Building-Permit. Feel free to visit the office at 695 Warner Parrott Rd. or send an email to permits@orcity.org  for answers to all of your permitting questions.
