Marijuana Business Regulation

This is a tool provided for use to help locate appropriate locations for marijuana businesses, including retail.

There may be schools, public parks and childcare / daycare facilities that are not shown on this map. An applicant cannot and should not rely on the information provided in this tool as proof that a proposed retail location is not within 1,000 feet of a school or another dispensary, or is not within 250 feet of any public parks, licensed child care and day care facilities, and public transit centers. If your location is determined not to comply with the restrictions on location for marijuana retail by OCMC 17.54.110(C), Oregon City will not issue a business license.
