2025 Teen Summer Reading Challenge
Welcome to the 2025 Teen Summer Reading Challenge! Teens aged 12-17, can register on Beanstack or in the free Beanstack app for their teen BINGO Challenge. Summer Reading registration opens June 1, 2025!
Each square on the BINGO card has a challenge, some are book related, some are activities. Paper BINGO cards (English, Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian), will be available at the upstairs Reference desk. To qualify for prizes participants must track their progress on Beanstack.
So, let’s break it down
- Every person who registers gets a free book (book pickup is upstairs)
- Each completed square gets you 1 “ticket” that can go toward several final prize drawings that happen at the end of summer
- A completion of 5 in-a-row gets you a token for ice cream at Mike’s Drive-In AND entry into a MONTHLY drawing for prizes from our Prize Chest
- Blackout gets you a $5 gift certificate to The Friends of the Library Bookstore
5 in-a-row Prize Chest
Drawings will take place on: July 1, August 1 and September 1 for those who have completed 5 in a row within the previous months. Items in the Prize Chest include: Mini Connect Four, Mini Uno Cards, Mini Play-doh, Hubba Bubba bubble gum, and some really adorable pins that TAC picked out.

- Young Teen Prize Basket: Canvas messenger bag, Fabric paint & paint pens, Vegan leather journal, Pen & highlighter set, Set of D&D dice and a $25 White Rabbit Book Cafe gift card
Summer Reading Program runs through August 31, 2025. Drawings will take place after Summer Reading has come to a close
