The WIFIA Pipe Rehabilitation Program is focused on the repair and replacement of high risk, aging and undersized water pipes in our system. Th program will remove problematic materials such as cast iron pipe, as well as replace undersized pipes to provide adequate fire flows and improved service. The program is set up to prioritize pipe replacement with an asset management approach, tackling the worst pipes that pose the highest risk of failure first.
