Reserve Meeting Rooms
The Oregon City Public Library is happy to provide two meeting spaces for patrons and non-profit organizations to reserve. Both rooms are equipped with chairs, tables, and whiteboards. A General library card in good standing (less than $25 in fines and fees, not blocked for any other reason) is required. eCards cannot make room reservations; please stop in the library to upgrade to a General card before trying to make a reservation.
Conference Room
- Reserve Conference Room
- Ages 18 and up
- Must have a library card
- Occupancy: up to 12 people
- Purpose: Ideal for study sessions or meetings
- Location: Upstairs
- Technology: TV
Community Room
- Email Denise Butcher to make reservations
- Ages 18 and up
- Must have a library card
- Occupancy: up to 50 people
- Purpose: Library programs, public events, and other meetings open to the public
- Location: Downstairs near 6th Street entrance
- Technology: Projector and TV

Community Room Use Policy
The Oregon City Public Library provides one large event/meeting space (the Community Room) on the first floor of the Library.

Conference Room Policy
The Oregon City Public Library provides one Conference Room on the second floor of the Library for reservation and use by patrons. Additional, non-reservable, quiet study and reading space is available throughout the Library on a first-come, first-served basis.
