Utility Rates

The following rate adjustments will go into effect January 1, 2026: Water Distribution is adjusted annually by 3% to account for inflation per Resolution No. 14-32 of City Commission. Water Treatment is adjusted by 29 cents per unit of water consumed to meet the capital needs of the system as adopted by the South Fork Water Board. Stormwater is adjusted by 8% to account for inflation and meet the capital needs as per Resolution No. 21- 18 of City Commission.
