- Create, contribute, and publish "The Stacks", a quarterly OCPL teen newsletter.
- Plan and organize teen events & activities such as our monthly creative kits and summer reading program.
- Help librarians prepare for programs and brainstorm new ideas such as writer's groups and manga club.
- Provide input on ways to create a comfortable and fun teen area at the library.

- Students who live or go to school in the Oregon City Public Library Service Area
- Students who are in 9-12 grade during the 2024-25 school year

There is a mandatory hour long meeting followed by an hour of volunteering and group work per month.
