If you are chosen to fill a position your employment will be contingent upon passing a background check per City Ordinance 01-1031. As a rule, this form will be given to you only when you are a finalist except for Police positions.

You may be required to pass a pre-employment Functional Capacity Test dependent upon the position applied for.
