Budget Documents

The City prepares the biennial budget in accordance with Oregon budget law.

Adopted Biennial Budget (PDF)

This biennial budget will be submitted for the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award by the Governmental Financial Officers Association (GFOA), as was each year prior. The GFOA national award program recognizes outstanding budget documents that meet program criteria as a policy document, as an operations guide, as a financial plan, and as a communications device.

The Adopted 2025 to 2027 Biennial Budget, which is currently under GFOA for review, is available alongside other previously adopted budgets below, which have all received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award.
